Notice of Katy Lake HOA Board Meeting -- Wednesday, January 5, 2022

OFFICIAL NOTICE OF HOA BOARD MEETING

The Board of Directors of the Katy Lake Homeowner's Association, Inc. will meet on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the home of Alex & Ann Hollub (240 Katy Lake Drive, Waxahachie, Texas 75165).

There will be a time for open comments at the beginning of the meeting. Each person will have 3 minutes to present their concern. The board will not discuss concerns presented at this meeting but will address them at a later date.

Texas state law requires that all members of an HOA be notified at least six days in advance of any board meeting as members are allowed by law to attend such meetings.
