How do I submit a plan for HOA/Architectural Control Committee approval?

Any structural or landscape change to a property must be approved by the HOA before work commences. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fence (construction/staining)

  • Swimming Pool

  • Water Feature

  • Roof

  • Landscaping (construction and/or changes to existing)

  • Outbuildings (garage, storage, etc.)

  • Decks, Pergolas, etc.

  • Flatwork (concrete such as sidewalk, driveway, patio, etc.)

  • Solar Panels/Solar Shingles

  • Permanent sculpture/art installations

  • Structural/material improvements to the interior of your home
