Absentee Ballot and Proxy Form for October 13, 2016 HOA Membership Meeting
/Please make plans to attend the annual HOA Membership Meeting scheduled for Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 7pm at the Waxahachie Country Club. The club is located at 1920 U.S. 287 Business, Waxahachie, TX 75165.
Proxy and/or Absentee Ballot must be returned by Monday, October 10, 2016. You may fax forms to the fax number on the form or mail them to the HOA at the address provided on the forms.
At this meeting we will elect four board of directors positions for a two-year term.
