Notice of Katy Lake HOA Board Meeting -- Wednesday, December 14, 2022

OFFICIAL NOTICE OF HOA BOARD MEETING

The Board of Directors of the Katy Lake Homeowner's Association, Inc. will meet on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the home of Alex & Ann Hollub (240 Katy Lake Drive, Waxahachie, Texas 75165).

The purpose of this meeting is to organize the Board (electing officers) for 2023 and, as such, the Board may adjourn to executive session at any time to discuss matters related to HOA governance.

Texas state law requires that all members of an HOA be notified at least six days in advance of any board meeting as members are allowed by law to attend such meetings.
